Transaction Status

1. What is the TAT period to obtain a refund for international & domestic transactions?

International – 15 days from the transaction date.
Domestic – 5 days from the transaction date.

2. How to check the transaction status?

Check the type of transaction - International or Domestic.

If International - Wait for 15 days from the transaction date. On the 16th day, the customer will be automatically refunded. However, if the refund has not been processed by the end of the 16th day, raise a request in the M2P Partner Portal on the 17th day.

If Domestic- Wait for 5 days from the transaction date. On the 6th day, the customer will be automatically refunded. However, if the refund has not been processed by the end of the 6th day, raise a request in the M2P Partner Portal on the 7th day.
