How to replace the card?

Step 1: Log into the Support Portal

Step 2: Find the customer using any of the parameters, such as Customer ID, Mobile Number, Card Number, etc., under the Find Customer section for whom the card needs to be replaced.

Step 3: Based on the search results, the respective customer details will be displayed.

Step 4: Click the Replace Card button under the Customer Details section. The Replace Card dialog box will appear with the Customer ID.

Step 5: Select the current Kit Number and enter the new Kit Number.

Step 6: Click the Replace option; the old card (Kit Number) will get replaced with the new one.
