How to change the customer card preferences?

Step 1: Log into the Support Portal

Step 2: Find the customer using any of the parameters, such as Customer ID, Mobile Number, Card Number, etc., under the Find Customer section for whom the card preferences need to be modified.

Step 3: Based on the search results, the respective customer details will be displayed.

Step 4: Click the Preferences Tab button under the Customer Details section. The Preferences screen will appear with the payment mode options (ATM, POS, ECOM, Contactless, and International).

Step 5: Enable or disable the required payment mode toggle. The preferences will apply to the customer card in accordance with the modifications made.
