Customer Kit Details

How to view the Kit details of the customer?

Step 1: Log into the Support Portal

Step 2: Find the customer using any of the parameters, such as Customer ID, Mobile Number, Card Number, etc., under the Find Customer section for whom the kit details are to be viewed.

Step 3: Based on the search results, the respective customer details will be displayed.

Step 4: Click the View Kit Details button under the Customer Details section. The Kit Details screen will appear. The screen will display the masked card number with the complete card details and the kit number of the customer.
