How to check customer’s recent activities?

Step 1: Log into the Support Portal.

Step 2: Find the customer using any of the parameters, such as Customer ID, Mobile Number, Card Number, etc., under the Find Customer section for whom the recent activities need to be retrieved.

Step 3: Based on the search results, the respective customer details will be displayed.

Step 4: Click the Customer Trial button under the Customer Details section. The Customer Trial dialog box will appear.

Step 5: Choose the date range and click the View button. The customer’s recent activities (It can be a pin change, card replacement, transactions performed, block/unblock the card, etc.) will be displayed.

Note: Results will only be displayed on the screen if the customer is engaged in any activity during the selected time; otherwise, the results will be null.
