How to check the physical kit delivery status?

Step 1: Check your email for the kit despatch status in the tracking ID report shared by the Card Printing Vendor.

Step 2: If the kit is despatched, fetch the delivery details from the courier Portal; else, follow steps 3 & 4.

Step 3: If the status is unavailable and the kit was despatched under the client account, raise a query with the respective courier partners.

Step 4: If the kit was despatched under the M2P account, raise a ticket in the M2P Partner Portal.
