How to check the transaction status?
To check whether the transaction is a success/failure, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to the Support Portal.
Step 2: Find the customer using any one of the parameters such as Customer ID, Mobile Number, Card Number, etc., under the Find Customer section.
Step 3: Based on the search results, the customer details will be displayed.
Step 4: To view the transaction status of the respective customer, choose the transaction type (Transaction or Network transaction) from the drop-down list and the date range under the Transactions section.
Step 5: Click the View button to obtain the status.
Note: If unable to find the transaction status, raise your query in the M2P Partner Portal.
