How to handle customer registration failure?
The customer registration failure results can be handled in two ways mentioned below:
1. Business decline - If the failure is due to a business decline, refund the fund to the customer.
2. Technical decline - If the failure is due to a technical issue, retry the transaction after some time. If the issue persists, raise your query in the M2P Partner Portal.
