How to check the physical kit despatch status?
Step 1: Check your email for a despatch report sent by the Card Printing Vendor.
Step 2: Check the respective kit despatch status in the report.
Step 3: If the despatch status of the kit is not listed in the report, raise a ticket in the M2P Partner Portal with the necessary details.
